Surrey Computers provide remote and on-site support to businesses throughout the south of England.

Our main strength is providing remote IT support to businesses in the area. Surrey Computers are able to offer flexible Support Contracts, tailored to suit your business. These may include a set number of on-site visits during the year or a monthly or annual remote support contract.

There is a standard daily rate for on-site support and we can agree hourly rates for minor visits where necessary, or special rates for weekend/bank holiday work. Whichever method suits you, we remain competitive in price.

Telephone support can be covered in an Annual Support Contract. We are able to talk users through problems or give advice, or we can initiate a remote connection via a secure link to the end user PC or Server, thus enabling us to see exactly what the end user can see. Our Annual Support Contract is also designed to be pro-active on your behalf. We monitor your server, back up, security and system daily to minimise any problems should they occur. We pride ourselves in responding to support calls promptly and effectively and keeping our customers informed as well as acting with total honesty and integrity.
